Established on February 5, 2025, One Bridge Solutions is a nonprofit organization committed to bridging gaps for refugees, immigrants, and underserved communities. We believe that access to education, healthcare, and essential resources is a right, not a privilege, for all people regardless of their age, color, language, or background. Through strong partnerships and dedicated outreach, we help individuals reclaim stability, dignity, and opportunity.

Meet Our Team


  • Etienne Bizimana

    Etienne Bizimana

    Etienne Bizimana is a Master of Public Health student at Wright State University, with a solid foundation in education and a strong commitment to refugee and immigrant advocacy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He spent eight years (2010–2018) as a trained Cambridge high school teacher. From 2018 to 2023, he worked for Prison Fellowship Rwanda as a Community-Based Protection Officer in charge of refugee protection.

    Etienne is the co-founder and director of One Bridge Solutions, an Ohio-based nonprofit organization operating in Dayton/Ohio dedicated to assisting immigrants and refugees to navigate and access resources and community support.
